Are Yard Sales worth it?
I have been working on getting ready for a yard sale this weekend. Been pulling stuff out of closets, the barn, the sheds, and just about every nook and cranny I have. The thing is this...all that stuff on display for the world to buy, but will they? Probably not at the price I think it is worth. In actuality, I'm really asking them to pay me for the privilege of helping me clean out my closets, barn and sheds. Yea, there is some pretty cool stuff, furniture, and other "antiquities"...but, I just don't know if anyone will want this stuff. I guess we'll see tomorrow, coz come rain or shine, the stuff is in the yard, and everything must go!! Stop by if you're in Tioga!

Follow up to the yard sale. The first time I tried to do one, I was unprepared, and unorganized. So with the help of my daughters, Melissa and Lindsey, They were able to get me off dead center, and plan a little bit ahead for the community wide Tioga Garage Sale. So Melissa came on Friday to help me set up, and Lindsey came Saturday to help me work and put away after the sale.
